Rose-tinted view

It was a special half hour watching the sunrise and the mountain glow. The sun wasn't set to last so we got out on the cross-country skis in the morning and the conditions can only be described as warm and wet - I had to take off two layers on the way up the valley and got rained on for a spell on the way down. That said the whole piste area was open (two sections previously closed for avalanche) and a full 18km skied.
