TheBossUpstairs (the one who keeps me in a job, not the Other one), is getting a bit 'tetchy' of late, to say the least. I think it's due to a seemingly relentless stream of client requests and a conflict of egos, which is radiating 'round the studio making us all feel like mechanical headless chickens.

The solution? Simple: ease back a bit. It's a fact of life that certain minutes of the day are not profitable, that 'thinking time' is just as important as 'doing time'. It's also a simple fact of life that if you are under too much pressure you'll get just a little hot under the collar, which is when mistakes happen.
