Czech Chreat

Dave was given a passport to cooking for Christmas - where each month he is sent all the spices and recipe for a meal from a different country. He brought his first one with him and cooked it for us today. Tasty! Ask him for the name and full description - but basically steak wrapped round egg, hot dogs and all kinds of other things and spices and then tied up and boiled! All eaten to the background Czech music that you get access to with the recipe. Plus dessert done by Leyna. A lovely evening.

Also lovely to have Ju for an impromptu visit and to see Carl.

And I have finally caught up on blip! Though I need to get back in the habit of taking my camera places! Past few have been thanks to the iPhone!
