Isy, Lewis and Dolly

We met Lewis' mum for lunch today, it was very nice! We spent a good while nattering about all sorts, it was lovely to catch up! I didn't realise I had almost cut Dolly out, I think she was too busy sneaking some of my sweet potato fries! We popped into town afterwards, and on the way home we passed a florist that had thrown several trays of plants into the bin! I sent Lewis in to enquire if we could rescue some and the man said yes, we did give him some change despite the fact he didn't want it! We too home two pots of narcissi bulbs and what I suspect is a yucca plant! It just made me so sad to see them all sitting in the bin, I'm glad we could give a few plants a home!

For anyone wondering how I have been managing to have so many lunches out instead of being at work, it's because I've been off work for a wee while! We didn't want to tell Lewis' mum before the wedding as everyone was looking forward to it! It's nothing serious, I've just been a bit down lately, although I am hoping to be back to work by the end of March, all being well! It's the main reason I'm glad blip has been saved, without it this last wee while would have been very difficult, my blip friends mean a lot to me!
