Splash of colour...

...on the kitchen table. Red tulips - favourite flowers in my favourite colour. Somehow they crept in to the shopping basket at the weekend!

Minus 1 (thirteen degrees lower than at the same time yesterday) and snowing when I left for work this morning, but it didn't last long - dry and sunny by lunchtime.

One of MrM's friends arrived this afternoon - an awful lot somewhat earlier than expected - for a meal (one of MrM's curries), before they both went off to the music session in the pub. Had intended to do some paperwork this evening, but didn't quite get round to it - watched Grantchester on TV instead...
