Wild weather overnight but bright enough this morning in between the squally showers. 
The girl and I took Freddie and went up to BAT's to do some yoga and have a general catch up with her and others. She invited us to stay for a lovely lunch and I must say I was very pleased to be there again after such a long break.
This afternoon I managed to get stuck into the decorating a bit.
