Onwards!

What a day! What a f***ing great day!

An early start and virtual mainlining of coffee and water led to the best day's hiking I've ever had. Sis, Marcel and myself had a splendid gambol around the Alesch Glacier ( Aletschgletscher). Described by Lonely PLanet as "a nature-gone-wild spectacle of moors, jagged mountains and deeply crevassed glaciers".

I'll refrain from adding my own because I don't yet want to verbalise what I saw today. That will come later.

At the moment, I'm sat with aching knees, sunburn and a big blister and I'm giving not one single fuck. Again, that comes later.

Glass full. Glass overflowing. Gosh.
