Well Hello....

... blipfoto... and... heeeeaaatingggg...

I was so close to qualifying for an Oscar... 2 nights, 3 days since our boiler stopped, just as the temperature plummeted. We'd been reduced to a log/coal stove and a gas heater and oooh it was tough. What was a bit of a surprise, because I must have forgotten, was how cold every thing got, not just us. If it had been one more night I reckon I'd have been out in the field sleeping inside a cow carcass... if it's good enough for Leo (horse)...

The boiler did moan about things last February, which I managed to get working, but this time the motor had popped... it had been a bit noisy. It was 20 years old... that's not bad considering. Thanks to Mr KF for saving the day!
