1137 - 01 March 2016 - Migraine

I sat down to watch TV when the tell tale sign started... I hate that kaleidoscope effect in the eyes. Hopefully I have caught it in time!

I can normally stave it off with co-codomol but I have none in the house - not even paracetamol! These are leftover from my knee op last year. I don't like them but I dislike migraines even more...

Off to bed to sleep through it... Hopefully...
