Backlit Blossom with Branch Bokeh

I spent most of my day in a windowless room (*twitch*), so photographing some blossom in the early afternoon sunshine was not just a welcome break, but probably a necessary one for sanity's sake.

When I logged in to blip this afternoon, I was amazed by the wave of euphoria that flowed over me as I found yet more aspects of its former self reinstated. Such encouraging steps.
