A very old pub, just refurbished inside and out.

So far I have not been able to find a website giving me the info I want about the age and history of this building which has been a pub since the 19th century or earlier . It's all Trip Advisor stuff, including some comments about the barmaid who is a bit terrifying - you wouldn't want to complain about the food, I can tell you!  Food is a bit hit and miss, and at times they run out of teabags which is a bit odd. However another change of hands may mean huge improvements, we'll see!
