Ladybirds

How many ladybirds can you see?

I was later for work this morning than planned as I took my chance on the weather to put my ladybirds out. I have bought them to help with the Woolly aphids on my Crabapple tree. I put 50 out this morning and this evening I counted 12.

They are all native not harlequin ladybirds which I have got from the greengardener.co.uk
Tomorrow I will put out the real aphid killers (if the weather lets me) 500 lacewing larvae!
