Crepe Suzette

Opened the fridge at lunchtime and spotted a couple of egg yolks (Deb had been making meringues). So I made a batch of pancakes, had a couple of savoury ones with melted cheese, ham, onions etc, then knocked up a crepe suzette for pud! Yum!!
