My Carrot Cake

Today I baked this Carrot Cake. Using a silicone cake pan bought for last year's birthday by my lovely daughter Melissa. It came with a cake recipe book and I've almost made them all. This is my second attempt at a Carrot Cake. Next is a Coconut and Lime Cake which I've not made before.
