Went to an amazing concert tonight. Openers David Ford and Newton Faulkner were really excellent and a great addition to the show. Both played solo, Ford using live recorded loops and Faulkner accompanying his guitar with unusual on-guitar percussion technique. And then of course Ingrid Michaelson was the star of the show, performing all of her classics and bunch of her new material as well as two or three unreleased songs and covers. It was really excellent.
