Reflecting

Sitting in the foyer of the hotel, waiting for my taxi driver to whisk me to the airport, I took a few minutes to look at the artwork surrounding me.

The original owner and designer gathered treasures from around the world, and in my super fortnight, I've gone past them with scarcely a glance.

This African wooden figurine is surely worth more attention.

I've just got home. It's been a long day - so I've poured myself a poncha.
