Leap Year

Of course everyone knows it's leap year today, but did you know there is a Dutch (and Norwegian) tradition that women who are waiting for ever for their boyfriend to drop 'The Question' are - once every four years - permitted to turn tables and ask them theirselves.

Normally february is not the most popular month to marry, but… 

on the 29th there are almost 2,5 times more marriages than on a regular day in february!

Ps. If my memory serves me well it's the birthday of Blipfoto's original founder Joe and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate him.
