Sunday morning run

It was minus 4 deg, glorious sunshine and no wind! Fantastic 7 mile run up from Flotterstone past the two reservoirs. Lots of lovely chat to keep us going and I tried a chocolate Gu - it was like chocolate truffle! Much nicer than the lemon flavoured goop I tried before. Think I might use a couple of those types for the half marathon in May.
Back home I tidied the garden and made Fife bannocks for everyone else's return from a walk. Lunch outside as it was warm in the sun.
