Angel in the Chapel
While working at the National Trust Mill yesterday I was talking to a volunteer from another National Trust Property - The Vyne. She said that the stained glass window in the Chapel had been restored and for the next few weeks it could be seen close up on the scaffolding. So of course we had to go.
The stained glass was commissioned by William Sandys, the Lord Chamberlain to Henry VIII. The glass is stunning and is accessible via the platform until 16th March. If you are local you might want to go.
And Murphy had another bath today so looks all fluffy.
