Thank you Tree for a lovely paella lunch, a real Sunday family meal with true friends. xxx
The dogs needed more running, but the beach was not the option. Agu had spotted snow in the mountains and anyone more sensible would say No, but I said Yes. We drove up as high as we could, past cars stopped just before Cuber reservoir, sightseers scraping the few centimetres of snow by the roadside, and we pressed on up to Coll del Reis for a view out to sea. We waited for the next roll of sleet to come in, listening to that lovely noise on the van roof. All we needed was the flask of tea and some cake. We will do that tomorrow.
Ben is all arrived in England 'and that' and we are hoping he joined us in watching our man Tom Hiddlestone being a hero on Deia beach. What an odd feeling it was seeing a drama being played out in such a familiar place.
Night night all. Holiday here tomorrow.
