Washing up

Lazy Sunday for us. Church as normal, scooting to the garden centre for coffee/thaw out. Realising that Carys probably wouldn't make it home in one piece due to inappropriate footwear, so called the cavalry for a lift.

After lunch Carys put the finishing touches to her talk, then they both lay around reading until it was time to take C to her party. Will decided he wanted to bake more than he wanted to bike ride or do Lego, so bake we did. Victoria sponge. It was lovely, other's a little left for tomorrow. He even did the washing up.

Considering it has been a relatively quiet weekend, I am properly tired. I think the kids were too as they both were asleep in record time.
