13 miles ouch!

Yes this morning 4 of us walked 13 miles in 3rh 44mins. That was with a toilet stop and we slowed down at the end for one of the group. I under dressed and was a bit cold for most of the second half but other than that it was pretty easy. However, it s now several hours later and I did an additional 2.5 miles with Indie and MrPB, and my legs are a little achy. That's an understatement! Still we walked half way today in our Moonwalk training
