Fresh air

We've had a lovely busy day today. Mr J left at 9am this morning to catch his flight. We're going to miss him for the next few days.

We then went to the country park to meet up with Aunty C and N. We had a lovely time. It was warm when the sun was shining but freezing when it went behind a cloud. We walked all the way round the lake and played pooh sticks on the bridge. A had a go on his scooter and is starting to get the hang of it now. After a stop for a bite to eat and a warm drink we went to the playground. A was wearing his snow suit and went super fast down the slide!

Both kiddies fell asleep on the way home. Amazingly I got both of them in without waking them. P woke after 10 mins so we sat and had some lunch. A slept till it was time to head back out for swimming so he had his lunch at the pool cafe.

P asked ever so nicely if we could have McDonald's for tea. So I thought, what the heck, it saves me cooking and off we went.

All that fresh air and exercise has worn us all out. Both kiddies fast asleep early tonight and I won't be long either.
