He'll be happier now they've won the Capital Milk Rumbelow League Cup. But he'd been in bed all day yesterday with the lurgy and was supposed to get home sharpish to get his son over to the Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow when he foolishly stopped for a natter with me and got a bit dizzy.

Earlier I'd put beef curry underway and done a supermarket sweep so was then ready for the cup final. Result didn't go our way but the future looks bright'ish I think/hope.
