Exchange

Each year we take part in a big pattern-group swap. You get someone's details and make something for their child and someone else makes for your child. Katie's swap parcel arrived today, this pretty dress. 

We did some reading and music this morning before she went to ballet. She had a wonderful time. I was home working but her friend took her. She came back full of it. She really is loving the new class. She's much happier now. She gave me a full display of their show dances, they're looking great already, even with 4 months to go! 

We spent the afternoon playing, eating and relaxing before we went out to help at youth group for the first time. Katie enjoyed some of it and wasn't sure about other bits of it so I don't know if we will help in future as it also means a very late to bed (for Katie). We stopped at the chip shop on the way home!
