Pushing green

I didn't expect the bit of snow to last for a few days. Otherwise a lazy Sunday, except trying a dessert recipe from a french cooking magazine: Poires pochées, ganache crémeuse et chantilly (see extra). Turned out to be very yummy and glad we still have some left for tommorow.
