Sitting quiet within nature
Breathing in her song
Feeling the comfy warmth of summer
Amongst the dancing butterflies

The breeze tickling the leaves
Of the giant and mighty oaks
Hear the sound of their giggles
As they brush each others sides,

The life within the forest
Excites all of the senses
Brings one closer to mother earth
Feeling her heritage encompass

Energies of nature
Revitalise the soul
Draws on primordial instinct
Returns us to our flow

The sound of hustle and bustle
Bring me round out of my daze
Looks like lunch is over
And time to log back on
