A Picture for Jo

A milestone today when I went out with Ann for a coffee, except I had Earl Grey.  We had to go to the pharmacy and pick up yet another prescription, this time an anti nausea drug. The little cafe there was not open so we went across the road to Briars Croft, a surprisingly modern, light, airy and comfortable place in a sheltered homes complex. I didn't have the strength to walk to Nero.

I've had three, small, meals today, so that's an improvement too.
