A moment to be still ......

My personal still life today. I was at the hairdressers having my colour touched up ( about a 90 minute task) which I love. 20 minute train journey in which I read my book , 25 minutes under the heat lamp - read my book and drank Bucks Fizz - then the train ride back before life took over again! Moments of stillness in a busy life :)
