After yesterday's bollard situation, Eric was having a better day, as he successfully snared his 17th victim of the morning. He did though, feel obliged to change the wording on this ticket, as the previous recipient had thanked him for the compliment on her driving, as she proudly held the words 'Parking Fine' aloft.
