At the Café on the Pier in Harwich, following a visit to the hospital with Beloved, who had been enthusiastically dancing the Charlston (in the kitchen - will.i.am style) when suddenly something went pop!

The doctor confirmed she has a muscle tear and it would be fixed in a matter of weeks! In the meantime, she should avoid walking and stairs. Doesn't seem likely!
