Cooking on induction

Tonight as part of my Christmas present we went to the Waitrose cooking school in Kings Cross. Great evening learning how to cook 2 simple Spanish pinchon dishes, one a salt cod stuffed pepper and the other a duck with asparagus and mushroom. The whole set up was brilliant ; the chefs very informative and the food delicious. Here is the kitchen with the stations for customers behind.
