My New Friend

It seems my blood pressure is too high so I have to monitor it twice a day for a week so I'll be keeping close to this machine for a while. 

I also have to see the GP about a couple of my blood results which are also too high. goodness knows what the others are like.

Yesterday all I had was a cold; today I'm feeling decrepit. Hey ho.
