On the other side of the loch

On this cloudy afternoon friend Christina joined me for afternoon tea at The Lodge on the Loch, a hotel on the western shore of Loch Lomond. Afterwards we had a stroll along the shore and through the village of Luss. Unsurprisingly, there weren't any tourists about at this time of year, but we saw plenty seagulls and ducks.

D#1 and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the King's Theatre in Glasgow last night to see 'West Side Story' for the third year running. Beforehand we ate in a Japanese restaurant on Sauchiehall Street, but having eaten a biggish lunch I only had a bowl of soup. It was very yummy!
