Travelling at speed!

For the past year there has been a family of three swans on the loch in the James Hamilton Heritage Park but today I noticed some new arrivals .... at least four juveniles and possibly 3 or 4 adults.  There was much flapping of wings and some aggression.  Normally the swans just glide over the water but these two were certainly in 5th gear as they powered through the water.  I do hope they all manage to live together .... there's plenty of space for all.
