Drunk On Friday,

....and every other day of the week. In fact, I have never seen this local character sober in the fourteen years I've been here. He's the sort who thinks he's being friendly but comes across as very aggressive. Since he very vocally voiced his disapproval of my display a while ago, I feel it fair to Blip him. 

However, it is Friday, so maybe it's not such a bad plan.
