Plane Fail!

We are sitting in Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine instead of the Wilson lounge in Sutton Coldfield, and why?  Because our British Airways flight to London was cancelled due to mechanical failure yesterday.  More specifically, there was a crack in the wing spoiler and they felt that they couldn't patch it up safely - probably a good thing.  So L is in the Centurion lounge at DFW putting her feet up while I waited in line for 4 hours to confirm our seats on tomorrow's identical flight.
The extra picture is the group of equally inconvenienced travelers who invited us to dine with them when we finally made it back to the hotel at 10 pm - A young man in the oil industry from Aberdeen, a couple from London who have a house in Santa Fe and 2 girls from Latvia who were coming home from a friend's wedding in the States.  A highly enjoyable eclectic gathering, unexpected and a bonus from the ordeal.  Off again in a couple of hours to try again!
