What better reward after a 5 mile run?!

I did the JCB lakeside 5 mile race this evening around the JCB factory at Rocester and the lake...surprisingly. Then as a reward for making her stand in a field in the drizzle Laura treated me to dinner and a pint. I'm such a winner!
