Tunisian Sand Rose

On one of my holidays to Tunisia, I bought home a sand rose.

I believe that there are formed in the sea and by the motion of the waves.

It is years old now and fascinates me.

I would love to protect it with some sort of varnish, but as its msff of sand I am a lithld nervous about doing it.
