After nightshift

Frosty sunrise as I cycled home from work.

Bad news re work: I have not been allowed to apply for an internal role elsewhere that would suit me perfectly. In fact, I have been told I must stay in my current godawful role until at least January 2017.
Good news re high BP: results show my BP is fine so its elevated levels happen at work through stress.

Let battle commence. I am absolutely not staying in my current role.
