Just at the Corner of the Field
4.4C with sunny spells but more cloud than the last couple of days. Light West North Westerly breeze.
This morning I started the clear out in the loft. There are lots of boxes of books to go though. Some will go to charity shops. I went though my collection of computer database and programming books today. Very few will be kept.
Maeve and I went for a walk after lunch. Radio Scotland on the Nano. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. The track was frozen.
We walked along the cycle path to Westhaven. As we passed the bottom end of the bridle path I could see the farmer from Craigmill farm in his tractor. Ploughing. Just at the corner of the field by Panbride House.
We carried along to Westhaven and went over the road bridge over the railway and down to the beach. The tide was in and the sea flat calm. We crossed back over the road bridge and carried on round in a loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home.
