A Challenge Ahead

I discovered today that I have acquired a place in this year's Ride London Surrey 100. Eeeek! 100 miles through the boulevards of the Capital and the Surrey hills. It's all for a great cause, St Michael's Hospice in St Leonards. Training starts tomorrow and I have to admit to a slight air of apprehension but.....once more into the breach!
