Plumbago Buds

I think I've had the macro lens on all week, there's always something good to look at.

Today we have plumbago buds, the colour is so very eye catching and I love the way the buds are rolled up! In the extra are the lovely red gum blossoms again. I never get tired of them and they aren't around for long so thought I'd better get some more shots! :o)

Another cool day which has been a welcome relief from the long hot summer, although by this coming Saturday it will jump up to 39c again!
