Getting Older.........

........So the fresh blush of the bud is history...the full blown bloom has dropped her perfumed petals and all thats left is this.
To me the most interesting ........especially close up and personal....I am so enjoying discovering the most amazing and crazy little things that reveal themselves..the little hairs with such a tiny drop of nectar on........the textures and shapes....so very very fabulous.

I think what Ive enjoyed most is getting my little kit together and being outside by myself with the beautiful afternoon light happily snapping away....getting to know and making friends with the new lens.....checking  out  the treasures she can produce if treated right.
