Leaf buds

The Ding Dong tree again - as Spring creeps closer I was out taking a photo for our calendar wall and the only way I could make it different was to take the silhouette of the buds. It summed up the day though - a bright sunshine and cloud late winter/ almost early spring day. I also realised while I was out there that 3 of the 4 butterfly bushes we planted last year have disappeared! They don't seem to have died - nothing there at all! Think they've been stolen :(
Off out to dinner tonight with Nigel's Sales Director and Company owner - nice meal to look forward to.
