Bechamel
Not very exciting but there was no way I was going to get a chance for anything better. Sauce made with milk simmered for 20 minutes with carrot, celery, onion, black peppercorns and a clove. Very nice, and enough lkeft over for lasagne tomorrow. Also made a pork escalope milanese so it was all go in the kitchen.
