A view from the Campsies

Had a walk in the Campsie Hills today with friend Tony. The day was dry and clear with extensive views to North Berwick and the Bass Rock in the east and Arran and Ailsa Craig in the west. The underfoot conditions however were a bit unpleasant resulting in extremely soggy boots ans saturated socks.
I have chosen to blip this view from near Cort-ma-law of Glasgow --the dear green place-- under some threatening cloud. Ailsa Craig just visible on the horizon
