Art and water and fish soup

A bit of Vermeer and other papers on the desk distorted by a glass of water caught my eye...

Meanwhile, a most enjoyable day. Brilliant sunshine, all day and I was bathed in warmth when walking in it.   A meeting at the Alumni club next door to campus this morning to discuss giving a series of six Saturday morning art classes to adults/alumni starting in the Spring. Early evening impromptu visit to Arnavutkoy, invited by Alex, to have fish soup and salad in his fav restaurant. Utterly delicious.
