It all started so well.

Double the speed, free calls to mobiles and saving £150 a year.

For the first hour ...

Then nothing but web pages refusing to load and very sporadic email connection.

Long phone calls with Sky resulting in (condensed version) "we're supplying the minimum in our contract - however your speeds don't support multiple wireless devices being connected* - cancellation charges will apply".

* well they did with BT!
