Chinese New Year

Back in Portland for the last day of the Chinese New Year celebrations at the Lan Su Garden (and also my birthday).  Spring seems to have arrived in the week we were away, magnolias are blooming, daphne is scenting the air, sunshine and mild temperatures.

Feeling pretty wiped out - that strange jet lag wobbly traveling without moving feeling - but we made the effort to go out this evening and I'm glad we did.  

We're home in time for hubby to pack his bags again for a trip to Colorado on Tuesday.  Rumblings there may be another UK trip in 10 day's time, I do hope not.
